One Direction’s Louie Tomlinson turned the internet upside down with news he and Briana Jungwirth are having a baby. The heartthrob met Jungwirth through mutual friends earlier this year following his split from longtime girlfriend Eleanor Calder.
The couple reportedly had a few dates in May and that is all it took.
According to People Magazine,
“Louis is happy and very excited about becoming a dad and he thinks Briana will be an amazing mother. It was a surprise at first, but he and Briana are very, very close friends and this has brought them even closer.”
Louis is not the only one who is surprised by the pregnancy news – so are his fans. With rumors that Louis is gay, the last thing fans were expecting were a baby. When a video emerged in February of a fan telling Louis they share the same birthday, December 24th, Louis was heard saying, ‘it’s pretty unfortunate isn’t it?’ Some say Louis said, ‘it’s pretty unfortunate isn’t it?’ about his sexuality. In the same video, many are claiming he said, ‘I am gay,’ before he said ‘it’s pretty unfortunate.’ The video made headlines everywhere and the singer’s sexuality was questioned. Calder was said to be a publicity stunt and a distraction from the rumors of Tomlinson’s sexuality.

Louis Tomlinson isn’t the first celebrity to be rumored to be gay. There is a long list of names, including Hugh Jackman, that have been accused of covering up their sexuality with a relationship or even marriage.
